Nicole Kidman Sells New York Apartment For $16 Million - Actress Nicole Kidman, 45, has sold her 176 Perry Street residence after owning it for nine years.
The apartment was previously on the rental market for $45,000 a month before being purchased on July 10 for $16 million by an unknown buyer. The 3,785-square-foot apartment is located on the 12th floor complete with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a view of the New York Harbor.
According to the real estate blog, The Real Deal, the unit was purchased in 2003 for $8 million, shortly after units in the two-tower waterfront complex went up for sale. Rumors had been swirling that Kidman was especially frustrated with the construction of the view-blocking neighboring building on nearby Charles Street.
