Bad review sends Drew Carlton rant

Bad review sends Drew Carlton rant. WHEN Janice Khoo complained that her AUD$640 hair extensions left her looking like she “just got out of bed”, she didn’t expect her hairdresser to completely lose the plot.

Ms Khoo had asked Drew Carlton of Future Lengths Hair Salon in Swindon, England, to boost the volume in her hair, according to the Swindon Advertiser. But when she remarked that the result looked a bit flat and suggested he use curling tongs as a remedy, he “lost control” and ordered her to leave.

Matters really escalated after Ms Khoo, 57, posted a negative review of her experience online, sparking a string of foul-mouthed responses from Mr Carlton — all played out on the company’s Facebook page.

He called her “a whining, whingeing old bag”, adding: “Janice Khoo, kindly f**k off! Your custom is not needed! Bring it on! I could sue you beyond your wildest imagination!

“1st unhappy client in 25 years! YOU LADY, ARE A PRIZE C**T! My customers/clients are always happy, never a BAD one UNTIL YOU!

“Histrionic personality disorder you old insecure witch!! Go see your psych manager! SLAG!”

Mrs Khoo reported the abuse to police, claiming it had left her “traumatised”.

“When I saw his posts I was absolutely devastated,” she said.

“Nothing can justify the language he used.”. Mr Carlton later apologised, claiming he was only trying to protect his business. “I realise now that probably did more harm,” he told the Advertiser.
