Renee Alway charged with burglary, fraud, narcotics possession and committing a felony while on bail. The SWAT team was called in during the arrest of "America's Top Model" alum Renee Alway. The Cycle 8 contestant was arrested by Palm Springs police on June 28.

As first reported by TMZ on Saturday (July 13), police were called to a supposedly vacant house where a women had been spotted lurking in a suspicious manner. Upon arrival, they found Alway hiding in a garage with a gun.

The SWAT team got called in because police believed that there was another person in the house -- a man with a gun. Eventually, however, it was determined that the house was empty.

Alway was arrested on the scene and charged with burglary, fraud, narcotics possession, forged bills and committing a felony while on bail. The final charge stems from Alway's June 2 arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and fraud. Known best for her "ANTM" appearance -- Alway placed third in the Cycle 8 competition -- this latest arrest marks the model's third in 2013.

The model is due in court in the upcoming week but remains in jail at this time.
