The supermodel mom proved her marriage to New England Patriots player Tom Brady is stronger than ever. The 33-year-old shared an adorable snapshot of her and Tom, wishing him a happy birthday.

It's a sweet black-and-white picture of the couple laughing, which she captioned: "Happy birthday my love! Thank you for being the best husband, father and friend. Thank you for being you. I love you so much."

Tom, who turned 36 today, married the Brazilian bombshell back in 2009.

The couple have two kids together, 3-year-old son Benjamin and 7-month-old daughter Vivian.
