Their little girl weighed 7 lbs., 11. oz. and was 21 inches long.
“Both mother and daughter are doing well,” the rep added.
Grace is the couple’s third child together — joining boys Hayes, 1, and Cayden 2. Kevin, 55, wed Christine, 36, in 2004.
Grace is Costner’s seventh child. He has three children with ex-wife Cindy Costner: Annie, 25, Lily, 23 and Joe, 21. He has a son, Liam, 13, with ex girlfriend Bridget Rooney.
