The “Fright Night” actor was given the belt by his father Eamonn Farrell, a former soccer player, but believes it was stolen a month ago and Colin is desperate to get the belt back.
A pal of the actor’s revealed, “Colin has had this lucky leather belt for so long he just can’t bear to get rid of it. The thing is literally coming apart at the seams.

A pal of the actor’s revealed, “Colin has had this lucky leather belt for so long he just can’t bear to get rid of it. The thing is literally coming apart at the seams.
“The belt has undergone numerous alterations, like having extra holes punched into it and extra leather added since he has gone through so many weight changes.”
Colin is extremely proud of his dad’s soccer career.
Colin always wears his lucky underpants when he starts a new film - because they've never failed to bring him good fortune.
The PHONE BOOTH star - who has been linked with leading ladies ANGELINA JOLIE and ROSARIO DAWSON - refuses to start work until he's donned the shamrock-design boxer shorts and has promised to keep up the tradition throughout his career.
He explains, "My brother gave them to me. They're my lucky charm.
"If I don't have them, I won't come out of the trailer. They're starting to get a bit old now but I could never part with them."
