Inbetweeners movie. The Inbetweeners is the most popular sitcom in the IGN-UK office at present, so we're pleased to hear the news of a potential feature film in the works at Film4.The E4 show -- which follows the trials and tribulations of four foul-mouthed schoolboys -- could be set to hit the big-screen, with the action potentially taking place on foreign soil.

"We always try and make the show as real as we can" co-writer Iain Morris told The Press Association. "And we think boys of that age tend to go on holiday abroad. We think a film could do justice to that."

The thought of the boys embarking on a foreign jolly conjures up images of previous TV spin-offs Kevin and Perry Go Large, or worse still, Are You Being Served: The Movie. But we're confident that in the hands of Morris and his writing partner Damon Beesely, an Inbetweeners movie would remain faithful to the source material.
