How to break up blues

How to break up blues. After a break up, the people around become the most important factor to revive you from your depression. Make sure you don't meet people who are common friends for you and your ex as it only provocates you to ask or know how your ex is doing. Your family can bring the warmth in your cold break up. You often tend to forget those valuable relations when we are in a relationship. But in the time of pain they are the only ones to accompany us. Speak out your mind to your friends (same sex); spend quality time with your family.
Move on not just a generation tag, it is that you have to understand that nothing is more important than you and your life. Moving on does not mean you have jump into another relationship; it may only end up in another break up. You have taken some time off, and get on with your future. Take it as an experience that taught you a tough lesson. Understand that your ex was not meant for you and you deserve a better one in your life.

Many of us cannot accept the fact and go through tremendous post traumatic disorders and sometimes we see people even ready to end their life after break up. But break up is not the end of life rather there are many other things in life to achieve and to care about. Respect yourself, take your mind off of your ex, and don't think that as one person left you, you won't be loved any more. Time is the best medicine for the wound. Life goes on, and we too have to learn how to move on with it.
