Woman gives birth to grandson

greatest examples of love is the adoration that a mother offers to her child. The same is the case for a 61-year old woman, Kristine Casey, who gave birth to her own grandson after it was found that her daughter could not bear a child as she was infertile. However, many people will be surprised by this particular case as the woman had crossed menopause nearly a decade ago. It was only because of hormone supplementation that the new grandmother was able to become pregnant during a second attempt at an in-vitro fertilization procedure. It was only last week that the baby was given birth with the help of a caesarean section at the Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago. The new born has been named Finnean and is technically the biological child of Sara Connell and her husband Bill, even though Sara was not able to carry the child but the egg and the sperm belonged to the two. Talking to The Tribune about her mother’s unconditional love, Sara Connell said that the basic idea of having family members to do such a selfless act was very overwhelming. Meanwhile, Casey expressed that rearing three daughters in her womb were the happiest days of her life and the now her grandson was a spiritual calling.
