Simon Cowell Super Bowl Ad - Will Cheryl Cole Join US X-Factor?

Simon Cowell is back and spending big money on a 2011 Super Bowl ad to promote the US version of the X-Factor.
TMZ.Com cites "sources connected with the Super Bowl broadcast tell (TMZ) Cowell will appear in a 30-second commercial during Sunday's big game ... promoting his new talent show X Factor."
Who will judge?
 Singer Cheryl Cole will not give up on her bid to make it in the US even if she fails to land a judging role on the US X Factor.

The 27-year-old star has been speaking with pals such as Simon Cowell and Will.i.am as she plans to kick-start her career in the States.

A source said: "Simon Cowell still hasn't confirmed the panel. She is in a state, it's her ticket out of the UK."

Cole is signed to Universal and it is thought they will help promote her on US television to boost her profile.

A source said to UK newspaper The Sun: "There's still a 50 percent chance producers of the US X Factor will give her the go-ahead. Either way, Simon has promised to help her launch a career over there."
