A man in Egypt has reportedly named his first-born daughter “Facebook” to commemorate the recent uprising in the country.  Social media played an important role in the protests that resulted in the ousting of Egypt’s president.

An Egyptian man has named his recently born baby girl "Facebook" in the wake of the 18 days of protests that used social media as an organizing tool to overthrow the government there.
