Woman sues Equifax, wins $18M. An Oregon woman tried for two years to get Equifax to correct major errors in her credit report.

Julie Miller finally sued the credit bureau and was awarded $18.6 million.

Miller's lawsuit says she contacted Equifax eight times about the mistakes.

The judgment is the largest awarded to a consumer against one of the major credit bureaus.

It likely will be appealed.
