Michael le Vell at Corrie birthday bash

Michael le Vell at Corrie birthday bash, Michael Le Vell put his child sex abuse trial to one side as he celebrated the 21st birthday of his on-screen daughter Brooke Vincent. The Coronation Street star, 48, was accompanied by his girlfriend, Blanca Fouche, just days after claims they had split up.

Le Vell, who plays garage boss Kevin Webster, looked to be in good spirits as he held hands with the 31-year-old mother-of-four at the star-studded bash.

Last week it appeared the pair had parted, amid claims he was seeing another woman, IT worker Emma Dodd, 28.

Blanca’s estranged husband, Desmond, had revealed: “It is all over, this love triangle business. She said she wasn’t prepared to tolerate the s*** that was happening with this other woman.”

But there was no sign of drama at the party at Manchester’s Great John Street Hotel, as the pair gazed into each other’s eyes.

The glamorous bash for Brooke, who plays Sophie Webster, was attended by many of the ITV soap’s stars, including Helen Flanagan, who plays her screen sister Rosie.

Brooke was glowing in a flowing yellow dress, while Helen posed for snaps with her pal in a short electric blue number.

Michelle Keegan, who plays Tina McIntyre, arrived looking loved up with TOWIE boyfriend, Mark Wright, and Kym Lomas, aka Michelle Connor, turned up in a revealing LBD.

Other Cobbles stars at the bash included Catherine Tyldesley, who plays Eva Price, and Jack P Shepherd, who is David Platt in the soap.

Yesterday birthday girl Brooke tweeted about Saturday night’s bash.

She wrote: “Literally had the best party ever!!! Thank you so much to everyone that made the effort to come!! Lots of love hope you had fun.”

Le Vell joined the soap in 1981 but has not appeared since February. He will not feature again until the trial, in September, is over.

He is charged with 19 child sex offences – six counts of raping a child, six counts of indecently assaulting a child, and seven counts of sexual activity with a child.

The alleged offences relate to one claimant between 2001 and 2010. Le Vell has “vigorously” denied the allegations and has entered not guilty pleas to all charges.
