Representatives for the couple told People.com that Jenna, 32, is pregnant and set to give birth next year.
The stunning actress was posed for the cameras on Sunday night at the VH-1 Divas red carpet at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
Jenna, who starred in American Horror Story: Asylum, looked beautiful in a floor-length, strapless blue gown.
Channing, also 32, recently revealed he and his wife were ready to start a family.
The Magic Mike star recently told People.com that they both had babies on the brain, saying: 'I’m ready; I think she’s ready.'
Tatum was last month named by the magazine as Sexiest Man Alive in their annual poll.
Speaking about how many children they would like, Channing - who wed Jenna in Malibu in 2009 - said: 'The first number that pops into my head is three.
'But I just want one to be healthy and then we’ll see where we go after that.'
He went on: 'It’s really easy for us guys to say, "I want like 15 kids." Jenna will be like, "Well you better get another wife!"'
Channing and Jenna met in 2006 on the set of Step Up and began dating shortly after they finished shooting the movie.
They got engaged in September 2008 in Hawaii, before marrying on the grounds of Church Estates Vineyards in California in July 2009.
Tatum is currently filming Foxcatcher alongside Mark Ruffalo and Steve Carrell.
