U.S. Billionaire T. Boone Pickens Shames Drake on Twitter - Celebrities are often accused of living in a bubble, away from the daily grind of life which their fans endure.
So when Canadian rapper Drake recently tweeted 'The first million is the hardest', he could easily have been accused of being a touch big-headed.
However, it wasn't long before the 25-year-old was quickly brought back down to earth.
His large bank account no doubt made an impression on the majority of his 7.5million followers.
But it most certainly didn't impress wealthy businessman T. Boone Pickens, 84, who was following the young star on Twitter.
He replied to the rapper: 'The first billion is a helluva lot harder'.
No doubt left feeling less impressed about himself than he had earlier, Drake replied to Mr Pickens with: '@boonepickens just stunted on me heavy.'
It was an extraordinary clash of cultures between a young Canadian rapper and a Texan oil billionaire made possible through Twitter.
Drake was originally known for playing Jimmy Brooks on the TV series Degrassi: The Next Generation.
He signed a recording contract in June 2009 and his first studio album Thank Me Later went to number one on the Billboard 200 when released in June 2010. The album has since gone platinum.
He has worked with a number of hip-hop stars including Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kanye West, Eminem and Jay-Z.
He has also been nominated for several awards including Grammys.
T. Boone Pickens was a well-known takeover operator during the 1980s.
He now has an estimated current net work of $1.4 billion and is ranked as the 328th richest person in the U.S.
He has given more than $700million away to charity, which includes nearly $500 million to Oklahoma State University.
He is among a number of billionaires who made The Giving Pledge, which was a commitment to giver away half of his wealth to charity.
