Originally listed at $2,995,000, the lucky bidder will be living in the home that the pop star had her famous 2008 meltdown in. (No word if the house comes with a stretcher.)


The house, built in 2001, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. While the size of the house alone guarantees privacy, the new buyer has no need to worry about celebrity house tours or paparazzi trying to get a glimpse of the 7,453 square foot Mediterranean villa. The Beverly Hills home is located in the very exclusive 24-hour Summit gated community.

According to Movoto.com, Spears’ former home features a maids quarter, Viking kitchen appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a large breakfast nook. Inside the masters suit the new owner will be treated to the luxury of his and hers baths, as well as a toasty fireplace.
