Brandi Glanville starts feud with Chelsea Handler, Let’s just say Brandi Glanville has a lot going on this week. First of all, she’s promoting her best-selling book, Drinking & Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders. Second, she’s announced the end of her feud with Leann Rimes. Third, she told Chelsea Handler to “Suck it.” And fourth, she’s got Gerard Butler blabbing to Howard Stern about their one night stand!
Let’s start with that last one, shall we? Brandi Glanville made headlines last year when Bravo’s Andy Cohen asked the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to reveal the most famous person she’d ever slept with. Glanville told Cohen it was Gerard Butler. Let the record state that Glanville rated the experience “an eleven out of ten.” But the Real Housewife was later embarrassed when Butler responded to questions about the supposed tryst with confusion, appearing not to know who Glanville was.
Well, Brandi Glanville has been vindicated. Gerard Butler has gone on the record about his one night stand with Brandi Glanville: “We were at a beach party. We were having fun…We hung out. We had a little bit of fun,” Butler told Howard Stern on March 11. In the video, Butler explains that it wasn’t that he’d forgotten the Real Housewives star — just that he hadn’t known her last name!
Well, everyone can relax now that that one’s cleared up. But what about Brandi Glanville’s other feuds? As it turns out, Glanville’s dance card is still full when it comes to beefs with other celebs. The Real Housewives star traded her old nemesis Leann Rimes in for Chelsea Handler last night, starting up a new feud just moments after ostensibly ending the old one. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared on Watch What Happens: Live and promised that she’s done “speaking poorly” about Rimes, who famously had an affair with Eddie Cibrian, Glanville’s then-husband back in 2009. The two eventually married. The affair was highly publicized and sent the outspoken Glanville on a media rampage that had her blasting Cibrian and Rimes in various media outlets from talk shows to Twitter.

Rimes and Glanville have claimed to be reconciling before, even releasing a joint statement back in 2011 claiming that the women “would like all negativity to cease toward one another.” Alas, it was not to be. They were soon at it again. Glanville’s public criticisms of Leann Rimes haven’t been limited to Rimes’ affair with Cibrian, but have also addressed Rimes’ competence as a stepmother.
Most recently, Brandi Glanville sent a mild dig in the country star’s direction when she tweeted how she was sick of hearing about Rimes and Cibrian’s new mansion.

But it’s all over, at least for now. Glanville’s got a new bone to pick, and this time her opponent is considerably more seasoned when it comes to lobbing insults. Bad girl comedian Chelsea Handler got under Glanville’s skin Monday night on Watch What Happens: Live when she turned her snarky attitude on the Real Housewives.

“She sucked on your show,” Glanville told Cohen. “She was horrible. She wasn’t funny, it was completely awkward. I saw the after show where she was putting down the Housewives.”
Cohen agreed that Handler “really trashed the Housewives.”
“Chelsea, suck it!” Glanville finished with a flourish, and a new feud was born. The Real Housewives personality has already taken the feud to Twitter, clarifying her problems with Handler without backpedaling one tiny bit.

Handler has yet to respond to Glanville’s slam. Maybe that’s because Handler has her own blonde country-pop star to pick on: the comedian kicked up a fuss in the press when she recently mocked Taylor Swift, bashing the singer’s entire “demeanor” and declaring that she will never get “devirginized.”
