Megan Fox stepmother to Brian Austin Green's son Kassius

Megan Fox stepmother to Brian Austin Green's son Kassius, His parents aren't exactly on the best terms, so Brian Austin Green's nine-year-old son Kassius is lucky that he gets along with his stepmother.

It helps, no doubt, that his 'bonus mom' as LeAnn Rimes quaintly refers to the extra pair of hands, is face for the ages, Megan Fox.

After all, the 25-year-old must be pretty high in the cool stakes.

There's surely a long list of his school friends clamouring for an invite to dinner with the family.

Yesterday, one of them got lucky and was invited to Koo Koo Roo - a trendy 'chicken bistro' in LA - with Kassius, his father and Megan.

Kassius, who turns ten next week, was dressed very similarly to his 38-year-old actor father in jeans, T-shirt and boots.

He marked out his individuality by also donning a baseball cap and a hoodie (though Brian and Megan probably insisted on this to keep out the evening LA chill).

Megan, for her part, blended in perfectly, and is obviously keen not to attract too much attention to herself when she's with her boys.

It's hard for her, of course, given her impossibly perfect looks but her jeans, hoodie, T-shirt and boots ensured a casual look.

And while her husband Brian was stony faced, Megan seemed to be keeping the mood merry.

The original 90210 star is embroiled in a legal dispute with Kassius' mother, his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil-Giovinazzo.

The 43-year-old actress, who married actor Carmine Giovinazzo last July, has responded to a lawsuit filed Brian according to RumorFix.

He contends that she owes him $220,000, but she disagrees.

Brian claims he loaned Marcil the money twelve years ago, but was never repaid.

Court documents filed earlier this month stated: 'There never was an agreement between the parties, written or otherwise.”

Marcil’s lawyers claim even if there was an agreement, it would have exceeded the statute of limitations — and at most, Marcil might owe $20,000.
