Demi Lovato made revelation during a chat on WBLI, NY radio station while waiting at an airport.
"I have an older sister I've never known my whole life who's in her 30s," Lovato said.
"She's my half-sister, but I talked to her for the very first time in my life around when I turned 20," she added.

Lovato didn't reveal her uncovered sibling's name or whether it's her mother or father's child but she did say that she pressed her older sibling about why she never got in touch with her until now.
"I asked her. I said: 'Why haven't you ever contacted me?' said Lovato.
She said her sister told her she was not reaching out to her because of her celebrity status but had “just been kind of waiting to see” if Lovato “wanted a relationship.'”
“I thought that was so incredible,” she continued. “So, I actually have three sisters."
