Medical tents set up for runners are being used to treat individuals with injuries. Two more explosive devices were found by authorities after the initial explosions, the Associated Press reports.
Police chief Ed Davis said that a third incident took place at the JFK Library in Boston.
"We are not sure if these incidents are related, but we are treating them as if they are," he said.
