The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model, 20, got wind of enterprising high school senior Jake Davidson's prom invite video.
The video, titled "Kate Upton, Will You Go To Prom With Me?," went viral after the beauty gushed and replied a flirty response via Twitter.

The high school senior's dream prom date has been forced to reject his invitation due to her busy schedule.
"I'm not sure if I'll be able to go with him or not, due to my schedule," Upton told People magazine. "I want to, but I just don't know if I can make it work. But I really appreciated being asked; it made me feel really great."
