50-Vehicle Crash

50-Vehicle Crash,  Middletown Police say I-75 south at Middletown is back open, nearly four hours after a crash involving as many as 50 vehicles.

The crash occurred near the Ohio 122 exit around 11:30 a.m. Monday. The interstate was shut down at Ohio 123 since that time.

It’s unknown how serious the injuries are or what caused the crash, though some of the drivers involved told CBS affiliate WHIO-TV that whiteout conditions preceded the crash.
