Ashley Greene Lingerie Shoot In Esquire [PHOTOS] - The mythology of Ashley Greene has her landing the role of Alice Cullen in Twilight almost as soon as she stepped onto the tarmac in Los Angeles.
But the 25-year-old Florida girl says there was a time when her career wasn't looking so rosy.
'In my second year in Los Angeles, when I was eighteen, I wasn't getting any bookings,' she says in an interview out today.
'So I stopped going out, stopped partying. It was a matter of getting to the work. I had to focus.'
The LOL actress moved to Los Angeles from Tampa, Florida, as soon as she finished high school, to pursue an acting career.
In the interview, which appears in the current issue of Esquire magazine, Ashley vamps it up in a provocative collection of lingerie.
In one shot, she lounges on an antique chair in black lacy underwear and a black-and-pink bra.
A sheer pink shirt is slipped over her shoulders but left unbuttoned, leaving little to the imagination.
