Dwayne Johnson Sells Estate in California [Photos] - Dwayne Johnson has sold his Hidden Hills estate at a knock-out price.

The 40-year-old star listed the Californian home in May and an unnamed businessman is said to have snapped up the property for $4.9m.

It's currently in escrow and scheduled to close shortly.

The home is certainly family friendly, with one of the six bedrooms designed for a young girl in soft pinks and pastels.
