Anna's black tie attire was a somewhat racy choice for the expecting star with it's low-cut front and backless design.
The material of the dress was also sheer, and the actress appeared to be wearing a slip underneath.
The blonde star wore her hair in a chic updo in order to show off her glittering diamond earrings and boosted her diminutive height with some black platform stilettos.
Meanwhile Stephen looked dapper in a black tuxedo complete with bow-tie, as he proudly posed with his wife.
Anna and Stephen, her co-star in the supernatural HBO series True Blood, announced their happy baby news just under two weeks ago.
The couple's spokesperson confirmed the news to EW.
